Humbling Rappers : Exposing the BS!!

Often enough I am online reading blogs forums and now twitter and obviously everyone has embraced being a rapper and wanting to fit the lifestyle of players in the genre. Now im gonna keep the shit 100 the shit is fucking disgusting. Time and time again I see or read things that make me say that’s fucking impossible for that to be your life. Does any of this sound familiar:
“Just left the studio its 5am im bout to get 2 hours of sleep and be back up to go work out and back to the studio.”
“yall niggas are lames I hit the ( insert store name) and splurge in the recession like its nothing!!”
“Just left the club spent a few stacks at the bar and just made it ran for fun”
I could do this forever. Now let’s be real …………fuck where do I start….. ok let’s start with being in the studio till 5 am in the morning everyday all day. The problem with this all the cats I see that say that never have any music and if they do its like one decent song. There is never this body of work that make you say this nigga be working his ass off. To me it seems that they put up this perception of working the entire time make you believe they work hard. If you actually believe niggas are in the studio making music till 5am every day of the week all month all year then I must ask you to seek medical attention. The reality is they may be in the studio till the wee hours but at about 2 am they stop making music to start talking a bunch of shit about music or fucking bitches and such. If you were at the studio all night then back at the day when do you have time for you and ya family? Or does it take you that long to record those lukewarm records cus you still working on ya delivery. If you want to convince me I need to see and hear an above average body of work. Don’t have to be all hits just above average. On a side note how about a few where you help the beat and not the beat helping ur lack of ability moving on.
Recently i watched a humbling experience happen in front of my eyes when a nigga had his hot item break down on him. A $35k car got busted up by hit and run. Now if it was up to rappers we would lead you to believe that every bar of every word was real life and as the audience you know that’s not the case. Many of rappers sometimes blur the line of their reality to the rap fantasy they create. I watch this rapper boast and brag about the fantasy life and wanted folks to believe it. I never called his bluff although I know how he gets what he gets and why he gets it. At some point he made the line so blurry I think he started to believe his music was getting him somewhere although he doesn’t do shows or sell music. these ppl usually run their mouth about how much they are writing showing you a few bars telling you when they get ready to record and who they working with and how everything is fire and to just wait cus its coming soon. Im sure this sounds very familiar to many of you. Well 35k got hit by a Avalanche and total beyond repair with no insurance. How humbling to watch the big paper baller whine about their car and not knowing what to do. In my mind im thinking shit you got that paper mr rapper go ahead and get it like its nothing . needless to say he aint talking that baller shit but when he do ill give him a friendly down to earth reminder.
My point is we should humble these guys. We need to make it our duty to take the game back from the pretenders. I am far more willing to work with ppl who talk a regular real life than always talking the fantasy rap life. Im a hard working cat with a large amount of work and I never have the desire to be up everyday all night . sure we pull a few all nighters in a row from time to time but we do like to fuck and hang out with friends and fam. Sure we buy bullshit we don’t need but we also hit financial woes and pay bills. We have to stop letting these guys who don’t embody the real life we live as rappers. These are the guys who tell ppl to go sell dope and make up dope prices and talk about cars and guns they really think they have stashed somewhere. Some of these guys hate the police and aint ever been harassed in they life.
Final point goes to the rappers that do this : I understand that you want to be like ur favorite rapper or have the same qualities of that guy so you recreate your life from his lyrics. But understand this they get paid to get people to believe in their persona. But these ppl get exposed all the time and you will be no exception. I have never drink or smoke that I know of lol but if I was to start rapping about how blown I get or duck I get there are ppl out there ready to say that nigga Rowe aint ever did this and that or have this and that. So when you saying the bullshit and spewing your lying truths think about all the ppl who know you are lying and if what you are saying is worth being exposed!

ok after the progress of working on this album i have decided if i dont mess with you i dont mess with you. i have kinda grew exhausted of cats saying lets work and i put something on their plate then i have to go through the world to get cats to work. but then they want a 24 hr return from me. do nothing niggas have a superstar attiude and aint accomplish shit. work ethic aint shit and knowledge aint shit. most of the time if i have a slow return its simply cus i am working and doing shit and can stand behind that. dont bring me excuses you not willing to take in return. with that you niggas who did shit and thats 'did' shit in a past tense , stop living off yapast and create ya future just cus you use to certain numbers when you were on top understand you not on top anymore so you gonna need to humble down. you need to get as cham and paul said get ya mind right. when you go from top to mid grade you lose a large percentage of ya following . you better get with the artist bout to pop before your bubble actually pops.

so its been little over a month and i aint blog but trust me im at it!!

to catch yall up the project is goign great right now its jsut a matter of finishing and picking. i have yet to find a good angle for the artwork of this project because the actual atmosphere of the project is changing . i want to talk about it but i dont want to spoil it.

something else im doing with this is adding a bonus disc / mixtape to WCW which will likely be the Roweconstruction:welcome to my city. that will likely be the official title of the mixtape. so there will be a bonus disc . the biggest thing about this disc is that i will havea welcome to my city song that will show case some of the finest artist from dallas. which means that this will be an anthem and we will NOT make up some crazy dance . the purpose of this record is to show an alternative to that music.but its in progress as we speak and when its done ima do a youtube.

next thing i am working on the youtube shit but i want to redo my channel and redo some graphicsto hcg tv then i will upload all the shit i said i would and havent.

its seems to me alot of rappers like to call certain innovations of the art wack. for no other reason than its wack or playedout. most of the time its any version of a record with autotunes on it. i agree auto tunes can be wack if its just slaped on songs. but if you use auto tunes as a instrument and not a cover up for lack of skill you can make a pretty hot record. i think tho most of it is guys afraid or intimidated in working the tool cus all they know is rhyming words they dont get innovation.
if tvs never were innovated we wouldnt have plasma its the same picture just redefined. tube tvs still work there are even hd tubes but the flat plasma just adds something else. dont be like the old ppl afraid to use plasma screens cus they like the old tv better just get with it.
i played with auto tunes but never to over do the record just to add a spice. im fans of tpain flo rida b.o.b. i like to hear new shit and i like old hard rapping but its a lane. i can take I45south or I35 south to get home either way ima get there ya dig!!

today i was listening to the shade 45 morning show with mims as the guest . im sure alot of you dont know him but its this real greasy rapper from south carolina name Charlemagne the God. he is a cool rapper but i think he takes me pride in beig a critic cus you will know him more for his opinions than his actual work. well last week he went hard on mims calling him wack but this week i think he was humbled by mims as mims put up an intelligent argument about his subject matter and why he says what he says. also mims made a point on how ppl how speak on him are folks who wont ever have a hit or big single like he diid and they also dont them enough to speak on them. i agree with mims although not a fan he was right and i love to see these big mouth critics get smack from time to time because they rap and aint made it andddd think they the hottest thing moving.

so how about this for a story ??? the homie PKT put me up on this producer and then the producer hits me up like i want to do a album with you then pkt says i want to drop it on my imprint southern majesty. Now lets say Me ( natureboy ) and the Producer ( Rick FLare)............ oh yes thats right !!!! The producer name is Rick Flare!!!

how crazy is that and how corney is that .... its soooo corney that the shit just might work. playing on a pun im about to drop a album hopefully first quarter .
Natureboy and Rick flare ( the and will be in small print on the cover) tentativly titled World Class Wrecking aka WCW. i was thinking stylin and profilin dont know yet.

it will be all his production so yes all new music !!! we got 2 or 3 records under the belt well 2 and a half recorded. We just drop something im thinking will be the second song or intro that i think will proberly be the title record.

its still early but ima do my part in making sure i give you some if not all hot records . also i dont know if the record is a green light but PKT , rob smallz of boss hogg outlawz and myself just cut a pretty slab savvy record. PKT album Efly Manning will if it doesnt get cut will have a Got Bang remix of sorts on it . its a completely different grown up vibe to it .

I got a crazy crazy record called no stress with KB on the hook for my texas sensation album. i had writers block on it but its done jsut needing to record.

thanks to the many many many of yall who loved Party 2 da Pad alot better responce than i expected so we gonna push it hard with da show 2 since both picked up well and has been considered 2 of my best projects .....

Party 2 Da Pad is an official wrap 48 maybe 72 hours ill post it. i think 22 records on it all hot fire . ok ok ok i know i have to say that or i wouldnt be a real rapper.... how about in my opinion i have 3 duds on that but i wont say which ones i think . but overall very very solid project for a novelty piece. I sent to get pressed cus i will be giving them away and with sales of Da Show 2.
Party 2 da Pad is a soundtrack to a good night. To me this project is a great risk for a rapper whose subject matter is heavy street swag baller rap and more nigga friendly. With this i targeted to the ladies and true party goers. My major fans this project is love hate. You are gonna love the risk and creativity or hate that it has nothing for the streets and has the vocoder on some songs 3 to be exact and very pop!
Im excited about it and will be sending it to anyone willing to put it on thier site as a free download. this is free and called a limited edition because it will..... well i will talk about it later. check the radio on the side for the 2 lead records Girls Gone Wild and Slow and check it out and tell a friend it will be up this weekend. So i never been a big kanye fan. i like his first album and the last one i tihnk graduation ... i blog about it what ever the name is but this new one Heartbreak and 808 .... ithink for me will be my favortie of all his releases. I was talking to daniel that i tihnk when its all said and done either Andre 3000 or Kanye West will be considered the Micheal Jackson of rap. they tend to recreate themselves to work with the time while making the shit they love. Their music never seems favorable to the time yet it is always something groundbreaking and understood as artistry at its best. I had been banging the Love Lockdown... let me rewind ... its crazy i say banging because it literllay is slab music. but love lock down i really like the concept behind and also i jsut just heard Heartless which is very banging and its nice to me to hear a kanye 808 driven song. maybe ima a sucker for concept music but this go round if there is a 50 cent /kanye faceoff ill be coping the yeezy.

I heard 50 new record Get up and it really wasnt what i want from 50 but he usually makes a good balance so im sure he will have something i like but only if he gets back to when he had less which at this point is impossible. Can i weigh in on the kimbo slice fight a bit.
i much like everyone believe there is something fishy about that fight. Many of us who seen kimbo street brawl fights and watch him drop his gaurd to let guys take their best shot before destroying them know that pity shot he took wasnt enough. the match he had before this one he was getting pounded by a cat of his same strength or better and he took many many blows. oon top of that dude was punching in the back of the head and barly connecting. What i like even more is all these mma experts acting like kimbo aint shit cus he was a street fighter. maybe he is over rated to some degree compared to guys with 15 fights but he has had 4 fights . He is so much of a joke that ken shamrock bowed out and aint none of them other guys rushing to fight him and he is willing to fight anyone. I use to really believe in this as an artist but this is my first time writing about it or openly talking about it . yesterday i met a cat who i thought was really cold at the beats and shit . so i chopped it up with him to a point where he asked for my info which i then directed him to my email and blog!

fore somreason i have issues with being on a list.

to my fellow artist why do you think its important to have all these ppl numbers in your phone.it always seem like i talk to someone and i mention an artist name and he like i got his ppl number or i got so and so number. to me its like whatever half or more than half its not like you chopping it up with the cat on the reggie so why even log it in ??? oh thats right its for the just in case but when just in case comes you find out he deleted or gave you the wrong number. I usually do not collect industry numbers unless i plan on chopping it up with this person.

who even came up with networking is key??? what hypocrisy to say especially when most new rappers get "discovered". The industry tells you so and so was found cutting hair and his homebo talked to (insert someone with power here). Players will say its all about who you know network and spend money......hmmmmmm spend money he says.

If you go online every one is selling service that will get you heard by 1000 of movers in the industry or give you advice or get you on a mixtape or get you on a website or ....... you get my drift.Thats the difference from being in the music busniess and being in the business in making music. so i say fuck making connects!! how bout work and talk to ppl who you feel mutually respect the game the music and the fans just like you. i would rather have a conversation with a nigga like Saigon who has a love for this game but hasnt got that big big break to make the music he wants on a national stage than a nigga like Jim Jones who arguably had his biggest year last year with Fly High and saw good indie money and now feels like somehow he is great. thats no diss to jim jones but when a nigga conversation is more about money than give good music then i really dont want to talk. I feel like i am in a pretty good position and i could be a dick to alot of rappers or my emails and be like i dont want to talk toyou guys . Lemme find out right now! >>> Yeah “tha winner iz Rowe!” Nice that it’s on this beat (“Roc Boys (And The Winner Is…)”). I like tha “global warming” line. Yeah I like when you say “it’s NOTHING!” My Rating: 4.0

02. “Get Mo”
*Loses some anticipation* Oh no more of tha classics…? I thought this was gonna be all brand new… But w/e, this joint was/iz a HOT one! I finna copy/paste my review from “Texas Sensation” when I reviewed it on there: Yeah this was that anthem right there!! Glad u included it onto this mixtape! That hook iz SO OFF THA CHAIN!! – I love that “masturbating trunk” line; it’s so funny, yet so good, lol – Definitely an anthem that I still really feel. Oh yeah looks like there’s no mixing. I guess that’s good ‘cause it’s different on your part when it comes to tha mixtapes. My Current Rating: 4.8
^ Once again, tha shit was typed like that ‘cause I reviewed that on my labtop when my labtop’s period button was fuckin’ up, so I couldn’t use it.

Phew a newbie. Lookin’ forward to hearin’ what/where Natureboy Rowe comes in on this hot joint! Can’t believe all my sources ignored this song last year. That caused it to miss my Top 777 Songs of 2007 countdown! >>> Wow we’re only on Song No. 3, and I can already plant houses and hotels on my property in Monopoly! I always loved that trance “My Love” type of beat for this song. I thought that was somethin’ different and real cool. Good thing for this remix. Instead of replacing someone’s verse, your verse was added at tha end! Oh real nice so far Natureboy! Soundin’ like T.I. wit tha fast flow on this! Makes tha song sound a lot better! REAL good job Natureboy! My Rating: 4.3 <- This song went from like a 3.9 originally to a 4.0, and now a 4.3 thanx to you! Break: 10:04 PM. 04. “It’s Nothing” Feat. All-Star
Iz this All-Star tha Cash Money prince? If yes or no, I got a High AL for this joint right’chea! >>> You used this beat again, lol? Oh wait never mind this was tha “Bonus Track 2” from tha “Dallas Hottest Commodity 1.7” mixtape. And I guess I know now: that’s All-Star (Cash Money) on tha hook (wit that great sample w/e it iz). And straight from my review from that mixtape: Tha “konvict” intro thing scared me almost. I didn’t know what to expect. It’s tha 9mm beat. Hook sounds pretty good (it sounds like somethin’ else – oh that “ass” song by T.I. & Wyclef Jean “You Know What It Is”). There was a nice sample during tha hook too. Sounded good. My Rating: 3.8

05. “Something Like It (Get Wit It)”
This was a comeback song for me from Natureboy Rowe when it came to tha Fall of ’07. It was pretty good, even tho I heard better King Stunna productions. I made my 63 year old grandma rap to it (tha hook, which iz on Youtube right now titled “My 63 Year Old Grandma Rappin’ To 6 Songs”). This joint landed at No. 399 on my Top 777 Songs of 2007 countdown wit 33 spins wit me in 2007. You gave me tha clean/short version. Iz this one gonna be tha same, or iz it gonna be tha dirty/long club version that you said you was makin’? I bet’cha it’s tha short one… >>> It iz tha short one (and clean still). Oh yeah in Monopoly, I had to name my character, so since I was reviewin’ this mixtape right now, I named him “Rowe”. I liked this ‘cause it was a lil’ faster than tha usual Natureboy songs (it’s 95 BPM). My Current Rating: 4.0

06. “Not Lock Down” Feat. TREAL
Let’s see this one. I feel all hot right now, and somewhat hungry. Hopefully I don’t catch a tension headache doin’ this mixtape review… Fuck it, I’m such a skinny thing… I don’t see anything to eat. Plus, I don’t wanna eat anything and have to type (meaning I would get my keyboard dirty). >>> Kinda odd/slow start… Tha hook sounds different and smooth. Tha whole song sounds too smooth for me. I almost wanna give it a <3.0>>> Nice beat. Real nice line wit tha “powerline wire” <- . That’s a REAL NICE hook/sample on tha hook! Yup this another great joint right there! My Rating: 4.3 09. “Keep It Rocking” This one again. Back to tha clean version I see… “Str8” from tha “Texas Sensation” review: Was really feelin’ it when I first heard it on Dirty South Radio, but after a few weeks it sizzled down for me, and I kinda am avoiding this song now wit playing it ‘cause it reminds me a lil’ of that shitty-ass-gay 2nd semester I had at college (mainly during tha end of March & April), but either way, “Keep It Rocking” iz that joint – Of course, King Stunna iz a beast on tha beats – I always thought you put a lot of effort into this song ‘cause it sounds great how u made it – I always really liked that bridge part “loooooooook at meeeeeeeeeeee, I’m 100 from my headdddd to my feeeeeeeeeet…” that whole part was, and still iz tha shit. This tha first song I’m reviewing (even tho I reviewed it already) wit my door open (I usually have it closed). BTW, when I wrote that from “Texas Sensation” review, I thought I had a bad 2nd semester, but I didn’t. That semester at least had hangouts unlike tha REAL shitty-ass 3rd semester! NO hangouts pretty much during that gay semester! Also, this landed at No. 294 on my Top 777 Songs of 2007 wit 61 spins wit me in 2007. My Current Rating: 4.3 10. “I Get Money” Even tho a newbie to me, iz this over tha 50 Cent beat??? >>> *Sarcastic voice* *DING DING DING* And as Pink would say, “who knew”, lol. I like it a lil’ better since tha “Texas Sensation” review. Oh nice Twista part, including when tha beat got slower. Shawnna doin’ her thang on this. My Current Rating: 3.9

High AL!! >>> Short one… Yeah you “King Kong boy, hangin’ out tha window!” <- Nice line! Pretty good freestyle! Feelin’ it! My Rating: 3.8 13. “Go Live” Cool this one iz on another mixtape. Lol @ tha shortened length: 3:38? Mines iz close to 4:20. Somewhat taken from tha “Texas Sensation” review (since this iz now tha dirty version): This iz that club banger right there – It has “club” written all over it! Yeah it’s still got that quality sound. It landed at No. 181 on my Top 777 Songs of 2007 and got 77 spins wit me in 2007. My Current Rating: 4.3 ½ time: Yeah nice so far (of course). Pretty good classics, as I heard a bunch of them a ton of times. Hopefully there’s more new jointz on this, and since you threw in a bunch of tha classics, you BETTA have threw in that “Standing Ovation” joint! Hope that’s coming up soon! 14. “My Wheels Clean” My “Dallas Hottest Commodity 1.7” review says it all: Yeah this another one from tha otha mixtape, but definitely still hot. Definitely a banger, and one of tha biggest Lackawanna College urban anthems of mine of tha 2nd semester. It goes to show you you can make a banger even when you have a cold (which you told me you had a cold when you made this). My Current Rating: 4.5 15. “Bang” Aight new joint hopefully. Let’s see it! >>> It has a real nice intro and beat. What’s wit these songs? They keep gettin’ shorter and shorter! 2:06 iz real short for somethin’ that sounds real hot like this! I always have faith in tha No. 16 song on ANY CD/mixtape. Looks like you did a nice “added verse” to tha song wit Big Tuck & Paul Wall in it (which I never heard yet). Let’s see how this gon sound out to be! High AL!! >>> Big Tuck did a good job. Tha hook sounds pretty good. Definitely feelin’ it. That beat iz tight! I liked Paul Wall’s part, but Big Tuck’s was a lot better. Your verse was real good. Really liked it. This joint gon have a real nice rating from me! My Rating: 4.6

Yes another one!! >>> Okay a lil’ better length, 2:40. Yeah you’re “nothin’ like a bubble; no nigga gon pop” you. This joint was aight. I don’t even think it had a hook. Not bad. My Rating: 3.5

20. “I Need My Money”
I was just thinkin’ ‘bout this joint and “Who Knows” ‘cause I never reviewed them yet. This one landed at No. 489 on my Top 777 Songs of 2007 wit 32 spins wit me in 2007. I think it was on my playlist for 16 weeks, but most of tha times it received low spins (a.k.a. it was a “SPIKE” on my playlist) due to a ton of Natureboy songs were on my playlist already, and this one was tha one I played tha least at tha time, and was a lil’ unsure about over-playing it. It looks like you re-recorded this ‘cause in tha beginning, when you say “they callin’ me,” it sounds like you said it longer or somethin’. Tha beat was smooth on this, but compared to tha bunch of songs by you that were on my playlist during tha Spring of 2007 (real good times), this was tha one that was more on tha lower end of things (I explained earlier). And it looks like you did somethin’ to that ending also. You shouted out King Stunna. My Current Rating: 3.8

21. “Hood Nigga”

This was tha 1st urban joint I played during tha 3rd semester at my college. This one blew up on my Top 10 Countdown after I heard my shout out that you gave me on tha “Texas Sensation” mixtape. This joint had a nice production and nice rhymes. It landed at No. 168 on my Top 777 Songs of 2007 and got 63 spins wit me in 2007. My Current Rating: 4.3

23. “That Price”

Really, that’s being shy of being a *CERTIFIED CLASSIC* wit me when it comes to my year end countdown, but because tha 100th spin came from when I played it on my year end countdown, it’s pretty much a *CERTIFIED CLASSIC*, so thumbs up to this hot joint. My best friend loved it (I already told you that a while ago). Nice 2nd semester/Summer ’07 flashback for me (those were good times when I didn’t think they really were)! Tha thing that really makes tha song good iz tha “dun-da-da-dund-un” in tha hook! I love that, and that caught my attention in a real good way when I first heard it! Once again, this was No. 90 on my Top 777 of 2007 year end countdown. Also finally realized this beat was from Gucci Mane “That’s All”. My Current Rating: 4.6

Comedian Bernie Mac died this morning in Chicago after a long hospitalization from pneumonia.

Mac, whose real name is Bernard McCullough, passed away early this morning at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He was 50 years old.

so i finally checked out this guy Trai D folks been telling me bout and ................. i dig it well i dig the song gutta bitch. Finally a record to come out of dallas that dont feel local it feel like a major record. Unfortuantly that was the only song of his i really can get into. The single tho is good enough for me to check him out and the fact he with MempHitz im sure he will have a record with TPAIN so that means he bound to have another banger so much love and kudos to Trai D no hate yet lol!!

So far we got 80 percent of the tracklist done for Da Show 2. Its a heard process cus I and i mean I think its alot of good records on here but not enough CD to fit them all but then again i dont want to take all ya time listening to my CD. We close tho .....Ill unveil the official cover art in a bit but likely after i have finished my tracklist. Also working on a new official website the guy i wont mention by name seem to be avoiding me only up till he is confronted so fuck it.

Im also lightly working on a bonus project this month I cant say if it will be b4 or after Da Show because i dont know how long it will take to press da show 2. So its been a while .... and now im blogging cus i was recording yes another intro and when mixing the shit crashed before hit save so yea got to wait for that shit again . Dont get it twisted tho we working the track lsit we up to track6 . Right now it has a good flow to it .... oh wont be no DJ on this one unless someone with skill talking good .

Lately i popped in some of my favorite Albums in no order i have been banging TI King , 50 Cent - Massacre, Kanye Graduation , and UGK - Riding Dirty. Listening to these make me feel like im doing the right thing . I feel like most of being an artist is making sure your music represent you. These albums ar artist who never changed themself no matter the climate. They just try to put out what they feel like is good music.

The stadium Status song got a good response although it may not be on Da Show 2 but ill explain the motive on the record. I was listening to Big Brother by Kanye and the first line he asays is stadium status and at that point i had a vision. Like a vision of me selling out a stadium for a show......I know thats crazy ego shit! If hanna Montana can do it why cant we! So i wrote the shit with te mind of being at that status where you are so respected you can say whatever and plus folks think I spit clever lines so i decided to prove them wrong and i may had some overhead lines............. the hurricane shit is rediculus .

Also i was listening to some of my songs and i think that i am really diverse on these records for the most part. I was talking to my homie just a couple days ago that i understand that my party records tend to lose my core yet gain another group of fans so if you listen to my party shit lyrically i am catering to my core but stylistically i am caterign to the untouch market of mine. Anyway I am gonna drop a Party Mixtape of 10 good party songs with me on it . It will be a free download on the web so stay tune. Uneventful few days since i was stressed out on the day i wanted to record. LEts See Today I recorded a few songs for the mixtape ...... ok .... I promise you I am done im jsut waiting for that brooklyn girls beat someone holla at Charlie Hamilton for me !!!!! I also finished my record "Push It" if you aint heard the rough ill be posting the final at the end of this post tonight. I had to do the official versions of the record. im ready to drop it to some clubs so i had to fine tune it.

on album news I got a record im planning called "Juice" influenced by the late great Tupac Shakur. It will be a very hard record so a street banger is coming.

Info on DA Show 2 I will be having an online listening party thru the great people over at DirtySouthRadioOnline.com and Thug Zone.com oh and ummm CrunkLive.com. Dont be suprise if you see quite a bit of press for this project or Me in general. I am pretty much reintroducing myself Da Show 1 was the first official introduction but alot of mishaps and misteps so this will be the second introduction full force. Its Good for me cus Dallas needs me but I am Dallas so maybe thats a false positive statment lol....

So today my fucking computer went nuts around recording time so i only got to record the feature for PKT and a hook. I was soooooooooo freaking annoyed but there is always tommarrow . I went to a homies house ot help him set up and fine tune his equipment and realized why i like making music . Most folks know i am not big in features and workign with other rappers but i realized ilike workign with guys who hungry and like the grind . I dont like the guys who want me to treat them like they made it already like there is no humbleness. I was excited about working and doing what i was doing. I gave him a huge preview of Da Show 2 and usually when i do that i end up stepping out of my self and become a Rowe fan and I really really think this will be one of the if not the hottest mixtape out of Dallas in 2008. SO today was a lackluster recording day.

I was on this one website today and someone made a post about Dallas and i just couldnt resist. So im watching osme of the post in the thread and its funny to me that the dallas folks who say we need something differnt someone to do better are ones who are banging the niggas who aint doing nothing but sounding like the next nigga in dallas. DSR, pookie , lucci , big chiefa and so on they are cool to me they do what they do but to me when i hear their records it feels local based. I rarely hear niggas that make me feel like they will be ina conversation with TI , Bun or Jeezy. I know i didnt name any supreme lyricists.... well Bun is ..... but these are guys who has a national feel to them and make records that make u want to be there. I could be vein and i say i am that dude but this aint about that. I just hate hearing records out of dallas and it feel like they jsut made it for they block or zipcode.

A booker hit me up about doing a show. Timing is great but it depends on the expected venue. Sometimes i think you can dead ass urself when you are willing ot rock any stage. Some stages aint ment for you. Good thing i make all kinds of records. I know the date but i wont tell that yet but its a date that i really planned on bonding with my mom and daughter they aint seen each other in a while.

This record with PKT is ill as fuck . Its a record that i think really has tested me creatively . Ima record it here in a bit but i want to write another song so i knock out two records in the next session. I dont even know if i can talk about the record yet or not so ima keep it hush but its not a traditional record from me but its a good creative effort that it hink will put me in a new lyrical bracket with fans.

Oh my its hot!!! It really should be against the law for heat to be this insane but..... So ya boy is buzzing crazy after my record "Push It" hit the the scene. Crazy enough i have to complete the mix with another set of adlibs and the club version. What blew my mind recently is DJ wonder of Shade45 show Lip Service with Angela Yee and Leah Rose played the record. It wasnt like random it was set up and every thing which i loved. It seems like these party records are getting alot more wings thru radio outlets but the street bangers are doing good on the forums and the street. Call me the perfect balance. As a person that does this for the fans I work hard to think and try to please them with my music. in ways there is disrespect when a fan bootlegs the work. In GhostFace situation that's a simple issue. I think what its really about is house cleaning .We all pretty much know that album sales aint the pocket of an artist these days but it is the determining factor of the artist future album budget, its critical to the artist reputation and perception, and lastly the album sales are the difference of an artist maintaining stay at his label. Face to me is calling out to the fans to show up with some great numbers or else he may not be in a position to put more music out. I think that's a different call versus the guy trying to make money. We can say well he gets show money but sometimes if the label pulls out demos on an album that lets them know where to tour the artist and if only 100k show up in sells well really that's maybe 3 cities worth a people.

How is that possible if you don't go buy it? I hear niggas say "I download it to check it out to see if I like ima buy it". I hear "I aint gonna buy some shit I don't like". Let's go back to 1997 or 1998. When did we ever get to preview an album??? I remember when the strength of ONE single sold an entire CD (at that time they cost almost 20 bucks) if it sucked ole well if not you could listen to the record endlessly and this was without mix tapes and shit .What happen to the fans??? Did they all become rappers who think they know everything about the game yet are not successful at selling their own shit? Is that why they don't support or buy shit? What happen to the fans??? In this age more people know what they don't like than what they do like or is it just the internet. With everyone on the internet these days when im talking to guys in public their opinion is different of those on the web but when I turn around I know he is also a guy on the web. Are there still any fans??

I'm an artist and I am a fan. I recently made it a rule to buy shit I like. I don't listen to it early I wait for the drop and spend money. I was big on D/L full album but backed off recently because I found my self not really listening to an album but judging it like I gave it a solid listen. That's the problem with the microwave generation. shit has to be hot in 5 seconds or it's deem wack. I will always buy a 50 cent CD, a TI CD, a UGK CD and others. And I will defiantly not download some shit that I know I wont like just to verify that I don't like it.

An additional note alternative music Maroon 5, the Gorrillaz, and such have become an additional flavoring. I think rather than having a bunch or rap cds some great some fluff I would rather have good to great albums from many genres exploring my options than filling my ears with fluff. I mean shit I have to also listen to niggas demos and critique it so rap at times can become exhausting to listen to

Lets talk Don Imus, i find it quite bazaar how racist well openly racist America has become lately WOW! If you are under a rock Don Imus said "...they are some nappy headed hoes..." when speaking about the Rutgers lady basketball team. now something may be wrong with me i dont know but i cant say that he did something odd or out this world. He said what we all say . i mean i saw the chicks and i was like "damn them hoes rough" i mean thats usually the case with most lady teams but Rutgers just happen to look a bit more harsh than other teams. Are we getting to the point that folks cant say shit. well i mean white folks. This is not like the Kramer incident. Imus usually says fucked up shit but i mean are we so sensitive that we cant take it. If he would have said look at them tough headed hoes folks would still trip. he aint say shit that was considered a expletives except hoes . if he had said those tough head girls what would have happened.
on another note why the hell is Al sharpton every fucking where. i fucks with the homie but shit any thing with hint of black in it he is there . he should fall back on this Imus shit cus it int worth all the attention. i guess we needed a good way out of the war and Anna Nicole.
i was a bit embarassed that the rutgers ladys had a press confrence over i mean damn if this hurt thier feelings they obviously dont listen to the stadium crowd cus i know they say worst . better yet they proberly say worst than that to each other. Imus was having fun its not like he was trign to shit on them. Today is my first blog and also Father's Day and also Game 5 of the NBA finals. If you are under a rock and jsut getting some air thanks for coming but quick run down Dallas Mavericks and Miami Heat or in the Finals for the World Championship. Yes the world is determined by Miami and Dallas and I like it like that besides why should the actual world be involved in something the US is obviously better at right? any way the series is tied somehow 2-2 becuase we the Dallas MAvericks yes I am a fan got yanked in game 4 and basically got beat up and un able to have a real productive night. Shaq beats up the mavs and many others from his team throw us around and Stackhouse fukin fouls Shaq and gets suspended but fine its cool now we get to win our championship in our house so welcome back to Dallas game 6 cus after we spank they ass tonight. come tuesday we are back in Dallas to celebrate what will be the final game of the NBA playoffs and also a victory and first NBA title for the Dallas Mavs.

Also Happy Father's Day to all the fathers wish I knew where and how to reach my dad but hey its another year and i got my Grandpa who i can appreciate for the work he did being a father figure! i myself have a baby due January and looks like next year I really will be celebrating on the recieving in can't wait. I like flowers too dammit lol! my mother got me something although the baby hasnt been born but alright!!! I got something!!!
